Europe’s main challenge is to get the economy back on track, creating jobs and growth. This coincides with significant changes in the European energy sector. How can the EU-Norway energy partnership contribute to reach the energy and climate goals whilst remaining competitive and contribute to the economic growth in Europe? This is the main topic of a conference in Brussels on 1 October 2013 co-organised by ARCTIK.

Norway is rich on natural gas and renewable energy and a stable energy provider for Europe. EU and Norway have enjoyed a stable and reliable energy partnership for the last four decades that paves the way for cooperation on solutions to the energy challenges ahead.

The conference “EU and Norway – Energy partners”, hosted by the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise (NHO), will discuss the crucial role of natural gas and renewable energy in the European energy mix. It will examine how the European internal energy market can contribute to flexible balancing power and electricity storage.

The consultancy ARCTIK has been contracted to support the conference organisation. Our team supports the event branding and strategic positioning as well as enhancing the visibility of the conference among its target groups.
