Technical Assistance for the Development of the Palestine Information & Communication Technology Incubator.

The general purpose of this technical assistance is to contribute to the growth and development of the Palestinian ICT sector, by helping the principal Palestinian ICT incubator improve the quality of its incubating services and thus to increase the number of viable ICT start-ups flowing into the market. Such start-ups will feed the deal-flows of seed and early stage VC funds, including the Middle East Venture Capital Fund, a project supported by EIB. PICTI staff members will be the direct beneficiaries of this TA but a much wider transfer of knowledge to the ICT community and financial intermediaries across the Palestinian territories is expected, in the long term, as a result of this TA.

The project was a technical mission to the West Bank to support the organisation of a conference with the Business Innovation Centre, PICTI.

Arctik was there to provide Communication & Public relations training, communication strategy and Event management support
