The Interreg programme aims to strengthen economic and social cohesion in the European Union through the promotion of cross-border, transnational and interregional cooperation as well as through a balanced and sustainable development of the region.

Arctik is part of a framework contract concerned with the hiring of a team of designers to support the communications of the four Interreg Secretariats – Interreg Europe, Interreg North-West Europe, Interreg 2 Seas and UIA, grouped under the GEIE-GECOTTI.

The contract deals with the conception and production of a wide range of printed or non-printed communication supports. Arctik covers the full chain of production for an order.

The tasks include three different situations according to the orders made by the Secretariat:
• design, layout and printing
• printing only
• design and layout only
