Climate change widespread, rapid, and intensifying - IPCC

The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change has just released the first part of its Assessment Report, the most advanced consensus on the state of climate science. While we are not exactly surprised by the report's conclusions, it is a stark reminder of the urgency for serious climate action and comes in a governments are preparing for the (hopefully) pivotal COP26 that will be taking place in November.
